Founded in Aachen by three family members, POHA House was born from the belief that traditional living needs to be reimagined. The founders saw how many people struggled with rigid housing models that offered neither flexibility nor real community.
POHA House brings together thoughtful interior design, sustainable architecture, and a vibrant community under one roof. Our fully equipped apartments are designed to simplify everyday life — functional, stylish, and full of care for detail.

POHA House ist ein Ort, an dem Menschen zusammenkommen – zum Wohnen, Arbeiten, Essen, Träumen und Austauschen.
Gegründet in Aachen von drei Familienmitgliedern, entstand POHA House aus der Überzeugung, dass klassisches Wohnen neu gedacht werden muss. Die Gründer:innen sahen, wie viele mit starren Wohnformen kämpften, die weder Flexibilität noch echte Gemeinschaft ermöglichten.
